The authorization hold will be released following the consultation or when a cancellation is made within the permitted cancellation period.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled consultation without penalty.
If a consultation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or if the client does not attend the consultation, the authorized amount may be charged as a late cancellation or no-show fee.
Exceptions may be considered in cases of emergency at our sole discretion.
9. Refund Policy
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once a product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.
Consultations
Refund requests for consultation services will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Completed consultations are generally non-refundable.
